Bharath Manium is a Managing Director at Tramontana Asset Management. Prior to joining Tramontana, Bharath was a Managing Director and Head of Commodity Structuring for EMEA and Global Head of Product Development at Barclays. He has 20 years of experience in financial markets. Bharath began his career as a Credit Strategist at Deutsche Bank. After moving to Barclays he worked on structuring Asset-Liability optimisation transactions for pensions and insurance companies. He joined the Commodities business in 2004 where he was responsible for the derivatives structuring and product development teams. He was widely recognised for bringing several innovative products to market which catapulted Barclays as a leading player in this space.
