His 14 years of experience in agribusiness, forestry, and plantation sectors, gained at companies like Ernst & Young and McLeod Russel, have provided him with extensive project management expertise. He has successfully managed significant projects, including the 12,500-hectare APFBC and contributed to the 200,000-hectare INROAD development. Debjyoti holds a PGDM in Agribusiness and Plantation Management from the Indian Institute of Plantation Management.
